D50, After the excitement of the triathlon the day before it was back to the hard graft of training, just a quicky today. A two mile sprint set. A warm up jog for the first half a mile then intervals of sprints over about 75 metres then back to a jog to recover.
D51 2000mt swim today followed by a 15 minute kick and pull set. It was good to be able to push up the distance a little on the swim and I'm quite pleased with the time.
D53, An 8 mile run yesterday was followed by a 5 mile run today. A standard run for then first half the I was working on technique for the second half, trying to increase my stride and lift the legs higher. This was with the help of a new pair of running shoes which I got yesterday.
